How long does it take to get started? Is there a free trial?

You can start a free trial in minutes. For a firm, setup takes about 2 hours with our team, and recruiters are autonomous within a week.

I’m not technical. Is Profilr for me?

Yes. Profilr was built by a recruiter, for recruiters. Short video tutorials guide every setup step inside the app, and our team is there if you get stuck.

Profilr launched in 2025. Can I trust it with my firm?

Profilr is young, and we’re proud of it: it was built for the AI era, not retrofitted for it. It’s also grounded in years of recruiting work — our founder ran his own recruiting business before building it. More than 300 customers use Profilr today, your data is hosted in Europe, and every client signs a GDPR data processing agreement with us.

Does Profilr work with my ATS?

Yes. Profilr connects to Bullhorn, Connexys and any ATS with an API, so you can search your own database and keep everything in sync. The Profilr ATS & CRM is also coming soon.

Is Profilr GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Data is hosted in Europe, we sign a data processing agreement with every client, and our sourcing relies on a documented legitimate-interest assessment. Full documentation is available in our Trust Center.
