Adchase is Profilr’s business development module. Every day, it scans newly published jobs on job boards, career pages, LinkedIn and more. You set your niche, and it gives you the companies hiring in it, the decision-makers to contact and their details. One alert covers all job boards, so you hear about an opening the day it’s posted.
Profilr searches publicly available professional profiles across the web, plus your own ATS and internal databases if you connect them. Contact details come from specialised enrichment providers.
Profilr finds professional emails, personal emails and mobile numbers. Coverage varies by country and profile type.
Available in the Agentic plan, agents work in the background, on a schedule you set. The sourcing agent finds matching candidates, reaches out and brings you the interested ones. The Adchase agent spots companies hiring in your niche, prepares the approach and sends it to the right decision-maker.
Only if you want them to. You decide what agents send on their own and what they bring to you for approval first.
Yes. Profilr has an MCP server, so you can search candidates, check your campaigns or draft outreach directly from ChatGPT or Claude. MCP access is included from the Pro plan.

Profilr keeps your LinkedIn activity within safe limits: daily sending caps, human-like pacing and campaign conditions that stop sequences when someone replies. We recommend warming up new accounts gradually, and our team helps you set the right volumes.
Starter is for one recruiter: web sourcing, Adchase, CRM, contact enrichment and assistive AI. Pro adds a shared workspace for your team, a shared talent pool, WhatsApp and SMS, MCP access and team reporting. Agentic adds autonomous sourcing and Adchase agents that run around the clock, ATS and CRM integrations, and advanced team reporting. Large firms can ask for a custom Enterprise plan.
Credits are used to reveal contact details. Starter includes 300 credits a month, Pro 750 and Agentic 1,250. When you run out, you can buy extra credit packs at any time.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Quarterly and yearly plans save you 15% and 30% respectively and run until the end of the period you paid for.
Yes. The discount applies to each licence’s subscription: −10% at two users, −15% at three, −20% at four, and −25% beyond four.
Yes. Data is hosted in Europe, we sign a data processing agreement with every client, and our sourcing relies on a documented legitimate-interest assessment. Full documentation is available in our Trust Center.
Yes, when it’s done properly. Professional sourcing can rely on legitimate interest, and Profilr documents it with a legitimate-interest assessment covering how profiles are collected and used. Candidates are informed when contacted and can object at any time. Read more on our blog: “Sourcing, AI & GDPR: what the law really allows”.
Any candidate can ask to access, correct or delete their data, or object to being contacted. We handle requests within 30 days.
In Europe. Data is encrypted, access is controlled by role and logged, and backups are in place.
You do. Your candidates, clients and notes belong to your firm, and you can export them at any time. We believe recruiters should own their expertise and their data, not rent access to it.
Yes. Every client signs a DPA with us under GDPR Article 28. Our sub-processor list, records of processing and AI governance documentation are available on request through our Trust Center.
